Acceptance of Terms of Use

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and RM 68 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). These terms govern your access to and use of the rm68.click website, along with all services, features, content, and functionality available therein.

By clicking "Register", "Log In", or by otherwise accessing or using the RM 68 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms. This acceptance takes effect from the date you first use the Platform.

These terms are to be read in conjunction with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy RM 68, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and RM 68.

Member Eligibility

To be eligible to use the platform RM 68, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Aged 18 years of age and above on the date of registration. RM 68 takes the protection of minors seriously and reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
• Residing or physically present in Malaysia at the time of registration and use of the platform.
• Holds an active and reachable Malaysian mobile number for verification purposes.
• Has never been banned or restricted from using the RM 68 platform previously for any reason.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Is not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.

RM 68 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (a copy of your Malaysian IC or passport) at any time to confirm member eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within 7 working days may result in a temporary account suspension.

Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold ONE (1) active account on the RM 68 platform. Holding more than one account ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being frozen and all balances and bonuses being forfeited without any compensation.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
• Keep your password and account login details confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.
• Notify RM 68 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• All activity that takes place under your account, whether by you or any other party who gains access due to your negligence.

RM 68 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential. In the event of unauthorised access that is promptly reported and verified, RM 68 will take appropriate action, including investigating the matter and temporarily freezing the account during the investigation.

Deposit & Payment Methods

Platform RM 68 accepts deposits via recognised and legitimate Malaysian payment methods. All financial transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

All deposits must be made from legitimate financial sources in the registered member's name. RM 68 does not accept third-party deposits. Any suspicious deposit attempt will be investigated and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal

Member RM 68 reserves the right to withdraw their actual cash balance (excluding bonuses) accumulated in their account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Any bonus received must meet the specified rollover (turnover) requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• Full identity verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 per day.
• Rm 68 processes all valid withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes on regular business days.

RM 68 reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal request if there are signs of fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or legal compliance requirements necessitating further investigation. Members will be informed of any suspension and the reasons for it within a reasonable timeframe.

Bets & Wagers

All bets placed on the platform RM 68 are final once confirmed by the system. Members are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet before final confirmation.

General betting conditions:

• The minimum bet is RM 1 and the maximum bet varies depending on the sports category, market type, and match period.
• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled except through the Cash Out feature (where available).
• In the event of a technical error that causes incorrect odds to be displayed, RM 68 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the member's account.
• For live match betting, RM 68 reserves the right to suspend bet acceptance on any market at any time based on risk assessment.
• Any attempt to exploit odds errors, system lag, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage will result in bet cancellation and disciplinary action.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, RM 68 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated in their respective promotion terms, as well as the following general conditions:

• Every bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the rollover requirements.
• Each member is entitled to each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
• RM 68 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Excessive bonus usage or attempts to exploit the bonus system may result in bonus forfeiture and account action.
• Bonuses are only valid for accounts that have completed the basic identity verification process.

Prohibited & Restricted Use

Members are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the platform RM 68:

1. Registering or using more than one account under the same or different names.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to access or use the platform in an unauthorized manner.
3. Sharing your login credentials or granting third-party access to your account.
4. Engaging in any activity related to money laundering, financial fraud, or other unlawful conduct.
5. Attempting to hack, breach, or compromise the security of the platform's systems or infrastructure.
6. Misusing the customer support system by filing false complaints or making threats.
7. Colluding with other members to exploit bonuses or manipulate betting outcomes.
8. Using a VPN or proxy service to conceal your actual geographic location or circumvent platform restrictions.

Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate action, including account suspension, fund freezing, bonus forfeiture, and where necessary, reporting to the relevant authorities in Malaysia.

Account Closure & Suspension

RM 68 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any terms set out in this document.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other suspicious activity.
• Failure to verify a member's identity or age upon request.
• A member's own request to close their account (including self-exclusion).
• A business decision by RM 68 with reasonable notice given to the member.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the RM 68 support team via email at support@rm68.click. Following closure, any remaining actual funds (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the member within 7 business days.

RM 68 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law, RM 68 will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Losses arising from unfavourable betting outcomes — all wagers carry financial risk that members knowingly accept.
• Errors or inaccuracies in third-party information such as sports statistics or match results announced by third parties.
• Losses arising from security breaches caused by the member's own negligence.

RM 68's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the actual deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Responsible Gaming

RM 68 genuinely cares about the well-being of our members. We provide a range of tools to help you stay in control of your betting activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum limit on the amount you can wager in a single session.
• Temporary Break: A platform break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days upon your request.
• Self-Exclusion: Long-term self-exclusion programmes (6 months, 1 year, or permanent) that will block access to the account.
• Play Time Reminder: Periodic notifications reminding you of the time elapsed in your current session.

Amendments to These Terms

RM 68 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the website, unless otherwise stated.

For amendments that are material or significantly affect member rights, RM 68 will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect, via registered email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Internal Resolution: Members are encouraged to contact the RM 68 support team first at support@rm68.click to resolve any complaints. RM 68 is committed to addressing every complaint within 5 business days.
2. Mediation: If internal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediation body before initiating legal proceedings.
3. Malaysian Courts: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia, with both parties agreeing to submit exclusively to the Malaysian courts.

The Bahasa Melayu version of this Terms & Conditions document is the official and binding version. In the event of any inconsistency between the Bahasa Melayu version and any translation, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
