This Privacy Policy is issued by RM 68 ("we", "Platform", "Company") and applies to all users, visitors, and registered members of rm68.click and the RM 68 mobile application (where applicable). This policy describes our privacy practices in relation to the collection, processing, storage, and disclosure of your personal data.
RM 68 is in full compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), the primary legal framework governing the handling of personal data in this country. As a responsible data controller, we take this obligation seriously and implement a range of technical and organisational measures to ensure your data is handled securely and responsibly.
By using the RM 68 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the platform and contact us to close your account.

RM 68 not collect sensitive information such as biometric data, health records, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation. We also do not collect more data than is necessary for the stated purposes.

How We Collect Your Data
Your personal data is collected by RM 68 through the following methods:
- Directly from you — when you register an account, complete your profile, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact customer support, or fill in any form within the platform.
- Automatically during platform usage — via cookies, server logs, and tracking technologies that automatically collect technical and usage data when you access rm68.click.
- From payment providers — transaction information is shared by payment processors such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and Malaysian banks via FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online) for the purposes of payment verification and processing.
- From public sources — in cases of identity verification or security investigations, we may refer to information lawfully available in the public domain.
- From business partners — in very limited contexts and under strict contractual safeguards, such as licensed third-party anti-fraud or KYC verification service providers.
RM 68 does not purchase data lists from data brokers or unrelated third parties for marketing purposes. All data we hold is either provided directly by you or generated through your own use of the platform.

How We Use Your Personal Data
RM 68 uses your personal data only for lawful, specific, and clearly stated purposes. The primary purposes for which your data is used are as follows:
- Account Management: Creating, verifying, and maintaining your member account; processing logins; and enabling you to access all features of the RM 68 platform.
- Financial Transaction Processing: Processing deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and other Malaysian payment methods; processing withdrawals to your bank account or e-wallet; and maintaining accurate transaction records.
- Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Fulfilling the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, and any other legal obligations under Malaysian law.
- Platform Security: Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, unauthorised access, and other suspicious activities that could compromise the integrity of the platform and the safety of other members.
- Customer Support: Handling enquiries, complaints, and support requests; providing technical assistance; and ensuring a positive member experience.
- Platform Improvements: Analysing usage patterns in aggregated, anonymised form to develop new features, improve user experience, and optimise platform performance.
- Service Communications: Sending important notifications regarding your account, transactions, changes to terms, or security issues that require your attention.
- Promotions & Marketing (with consent): Sending information about promotions, bonuses, and new offers from RM 68 — only if you have given your explicit consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
We will NOT: Sell your data to third-party advertisers; use your data for discriminatory profiling; share your financial information without legal requirement or your consent; or process your data for purposes not stated in this policy.

Sharing Data with Third Parties
RM 68 does not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. However, in the course of operating the platform, we may need to share your data with the following strictly limited categories of third parties, and only to the extent necessary:
- Payment Processors: Malaysian payment service providers such as Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, and banks supporting FPX to securely process your financial transactions.
- Technical Service Providers: Hosting, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure providers that support RM 68 platform operations, subject to strict data processing agreements.
- KYC & Anti-Fraud Providers: Licensed identity verification and fraud detection services, to ensure platform integrity and AML compliance.
- Malaysian Authorities: Law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, or courts in Malaysia when required by law or court order.
All third parties we engage are required to uphold data protection standards at least equivalent to Malaysia's PDPA. We do not permit third-party processors to use your data for their own purposes.
RM 68 stores member data within Malaysia. In situations where data may be processed outside Malaysia (for example, by international cloud service providers), we ensure equivalent protection through appropriate contractual agreements.

Data Retention & Security Measures
The security of your personal data is our foremost technical priority RM 68. We implement multiple layers of protection:
- 256-Bit SSL Encryption for all data transmitted between your device and RM 68 servers.
- Database encryption for sensitive data stored, including financial information and passwords (stored in hashed form — not plain text).
- Strict access controls — only authorised RM 68 staff with a legitimate business need may access members' personal data.
- 24-hour security monitoring by the RM 68 cybersecurity team to detect and respond to any threats.
- Regular security audits by independent third parties to assess and strengthen the platform's security posture.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) available to all members as an additional layer of security during login.
Regarding retention periods, RM 68 retains members' personal data for as long as the account remains active and for the period required by Malaysian law following account closure — typically 7 years for financial records in accordance with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) requirements. Data that is no longer needed will be securely deleted or anonymised.

Your Rights Under PDPA 2010
As a data subject under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the following rights regarding your personal data held by RM 68:
Right to Access
You have the right to request and receive a copy of your personal data held by RM 68 within a reasonable timeframe.
Right to Rectification
If your data is inaccurate or out of date, you may request a correction through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Right to Erasure
You may request the deletion of your personal data, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements in Malaysia.
Right to Object to Processing
You may object to the processing of your data for direct marketing or certain profiling purposes at any time.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Any consent you have given for data processing may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the validity of any processing carried out prior to that withdrawal.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Department of Personal Data Protection Malaysia if you believe your privacy rights have been violated.

Child Protection
Platform RM 68 is intended solely for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data of individuals under the age of 18.
If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from someone under the age of 18, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the relevant account. If you are a parent or guardian who is aware that your underage child has registered with RM 68, please contact us at support@rm68.click immediately.
Shared Responsibility: RM 68 encourages parents and guardians to actively monitor their children's online activities and to use parental control software where necessary to prevent access to gambling platforms.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
RM 68 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or technological developments. When we make material changes, we will:

- Sending notifications to all registered members via email or in-platform notifications.
- Providing at least 14 days' notice before changes take effect for any changes that materially affect your privacy rights.
